The position may include all, but is not limited to, the following duties.
Office Communications-incoming/outgoing calls, mail, e-mails, and faxes Filing and maintaining documents Copying, scanning and maintaining office equipment Customer Service Greeting clients Scheduling appointments Address complaints in a patient manner Redirect clients as needed Check voicemails and return calls in a timely manner Handle intake of client information and review pick up materials Process payments Data Entry Tax Preparing information received by client (scanning, creating spreadsheets, and organizing hard copies) Gathering additional information as needed Accurately entering and saving information Requirements Training opportunities with seasoned professionals will be provided to gain practical experience with a wide variety of accounting and business activities.

Friendly and professional demeanor Detail oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation is negotiable depending on the prior experience of the applicant.
Temporary schedules run from January 1 through April 30 and based on the staffing needs of the office.
